Performance review season is upon us, and I'm trying to read the tea leaves at MS. Usually, there's a general sense of optimism or at least neutrality, but lately, it feels a bit more tense. I've heard whispers about 'cost-saving measures' and 'strategic realignments,' which never sound great. Anyone else feeling this? Is it just the usual end-of-year pressure, or is there something more significant brewing? I'm wondering if this will translate into fewer bonuses, forced rankings, or even potential cuts down the line. My direct manager is being pretty tight-lipped, which isn't helping.
