Rumblings about MS hiring for [Specific Division] - is it true?

Heard some whispers through the grapevine that [Specific Division] at Morgan Stanley might be ramping up hiring soon, despite some of the broader market concerns. I've been keeping an eye out for roles in that area, and the official careers page hasn't shown much. Has anyone else heard anything concrete about active recruitment in [Specific Division] or related areas? Or is this just wishful thinking / old news? Trying to gauge if it's worth focusing my networking efforts there. Any heads-up would be appreciated.

I've been hearing similar things, though nothing official yet. It's hard to tell with big banks if it's proactive expansion or just replacing churned staff. I'd keep a close eye on their careers page and LinkedIn. If you have any contacts in that division, now might be a good time to discreetly reach out and see if they can offer any insight. It's definitely a competitive market, so any intel is valuable.
