Anyone else feeling the chill at Mosaic?

Hey all, been with Mosaic for a few years now, mostly in the Fert group. Lately, the vibe has been... off. Not sure if it's just my department or a wider thing, but there's a lot of quiet whispering and people looking over their shoulders. Budgets seem tighter, travel is getting scrutinized, and project kick-offs feel a bit more tentative than usual. I haven't heard any official word, and our management keeps saying 'business as usual,' but the underlying tension is palpable. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if we're just headed into a typical Q4 slowdown or if something bigger is brewing. Just looking for some shared experience or insight, honestly. Trying not to panic but it's hard not to when the general mood feels so uncertain.

I'm definitely feeling it too, though I'm in a different division. Things have felt unusually quiet around here for the last quarter or so. There's a distinct lack of the usual buzz, and even casual hallway conversations seem to have a more serious undertone. It’s hard to pinpoint, but there’s a general sense of… waiting. Hopefully, it's just a seasonal lull or some internal restructuring that will resolve itself soon.

Yeah, the atmosphere has been a bit strained. My team's been dealing with some budget cuts that were unexpected, and it’s made us all a little more cautious. We were told it was just a reallocation of resources, but it does make you wonder. The lack of clear communication definitely adds to the uncertainty. Let's hope for some positive updates soon.
