Hey everyone, Been working at Mosaic (Chemicals division) for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels... off. We haven't had any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's definitely a buzz in the air. People are being a bit more quiet in the hallways, meetings feel a little more somber, and I've noticed a few more "check-ins" with managers than usual. My manager is being super cagey when I ask about future projects or headcount. Just a lot of "staying focused on current priorities" and "adapting to market conditions." Which, I get, the market's always a bit wild, but it feels different this time. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar? Any departments that seem to be under more scrutiny? Trying to gauge if this is just my team's perception or if it's a broader trend. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to worry when the general mood shifts like this.
