Is Mosaic cutting back on hiring/projects?

Has anyone else noticed a slowdown in hiring or a pause on some projects at Mosaic lately? I've heard through the grapevine that some new hires are being held up, and a couple of initiatives I was involved in seem to have hit the brakes unexpectedly. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which, understandably, makes people nervous. Is this a company-wide thing, or am I just in a particularly slow-moving area? Trying to get a better picture of what's going on beyond the official communications, which are, as usual, vague. Anyone have intel from their leadership or HR about resource allocation or future plans? Feels like things are shifting, and it's not for the better.

I've definitely felt a shift in the air here too. My team's been anticipating a few key hires for months, and it feels like those have been indefinitely postponed. We were also told about a new project kicking off next quarter, but there's been radio silence on it recently. It's hard not to speculate when things go quiet, especially with the current economic climate. Hoping for some clearer communication soon so we can all get on the same page.

Yeah, I've heard similar murmurs. It's not just you. There's a general sense of uncertainty floating around. Some departments seem less affected than others, which adds to the confusion. It's understandable why people are feeling a bit uneasy when there's a lack of transparency about project statuses and hiring plans. Hopefully, whatever the reason, it's a temporary situation and we'll see things pick up again soon.
