Okay, this is getting serious. I've seen a few posts on here and heard from a couple of contacts outside the company that there might be some significant layoffs coming down the pipeline at Mosaic, possibly within the next month or two. I haven't seen any official communication, but the volume of chatter is too high to ignore. Has anyone in HR or a management position seen any concrete plans or been part of any discussions that could confirm or deny this? Trying to prepare myself and my team if this is the real deal. What departments are most likely to be affected?
