Yeah, I've definitely felt a similar shift. It's like everyone's just heads-down, trying to get their work done without drawing too much attention. Less spontaneous team lunches, more quiet desks. I think it’s the broader industry news bleeding into everything, making people a bit more cautious about their contributions and the company’s direction. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it does change the energy compared to a few months ago.
