Hey everyone, been with Mosaic for a few years now, and lately the general mood around the virtual water cooler seems… lower than usual. It's not just one thing, but a combination of things – the general economic outlook, whispers about efficiency drives, and maybe some upcoming project re-evaluations. I haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete to point to, but the palpable sense of unease is hard to ignore. Anyone else noticing this dip in morale? Wondering if it's just my department or a wider trend. Trying to keep my head down, but it's tough when the background noise is so loud. Any insights or similar observations would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift too. It's hard to put a finger on it, but there's a bit of an undercurrent of uncertainty lately. Lots of speculation, not much solid info, which I think is making people anxious. Hopefully, things will become clearer soon and the mood will lift.
