Honestly, it feels like a lot of noise right now. We've had some internal shifts, sure, but the actual day-to-day work hasn't changed much for my team. We're heads down on delivering, and most people I talk to are focused on their own deliverables rather than the broader market chatter. It's easy to get caught up in speculation, but unless there's something concrete happening, I'm choosing to focus on what we can control. The market's always got ups and downs.
I'm picking up on a similar unease, especially in some of the client-facing divisions. There's a definite sense of cautiousness, and while no one's panicking, there's more discussion about efficiency and resource allocation than usual. Some project timelines seem to be under closer scrutiny. It's not a full-blown crisis by any means, but it does feel like things are being tightened up slightly. Might be worth keeping an eye on where the budget discussions are heading.
