Mosaic (Chemicals) - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just wanted to check in with fellow Mosaic employees. It feels like there's a general sense of uncertainty hanging in the air, even though nothing concrete has been announced regarding layoffs. Performance reviews are wrapping up, and budgets are being finalized for next year. I'm hearing whispers about potential re-organizations and efficiency drives, which always makes me nervous about job security. Has anyone been through something similar at Mosaic before? What was the outcome? It's hard to focus on day-to-day tasks when you're constantly wondering what the future holds. Any insights or shared experiences would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive but it's a challenge when the economic forecast is so cloudy.
