Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter across industries about potential cutbacks, especially with the economic outlook right now. I work at Mosaic (Chemicals) and haven't heard any official word about layoffs, but the general anxiety is palpable. Anyone else in Mosaic or related sectors picking up on anything? Are hiring freezes becoming more common? I'm just trying to gauge the temperature and prepare myself mentally, if nothing else. It's tough to ignore the news and not feel a bit uneasy, even without direct confirmation. Curious if anyone has insights or has experienced similar unease in the past during uncertain times. Just wanted to chime in from another division within Mosaic. While I haven't heard any specific layoff rumors on my end, the general atmosphere is definitely more cautious. We've seen some projects get paused, and there's a bit more scrutiny on expenses across the board. It's understandable given the broader economic climate, but it does create a sense of uncertainty. Hoping for clear communication from leadership soon to ease some of these worries.
