Mosaic (Chemicals) - Is the industry slowdown hitting us?

Been with Mosaic for a few years now, and things have been pretty stable. But lately, feels like there's an undercurrent of unease. I'm seeing a lot of posts on other industry forums about companies slowing down hiring or even initiating some hiring freezes. Has anyone at Mosaic noticed anything similar? Like, are project timelines being pushed back, or are certain initiatives being put on hold? My manager has been a bit tight-lipped about future projects, which is unusual. Not trying to be alarmist, but the general economic climate and some of the news about other chemical/mining companies makes me a bit antsy. Anyone got any intel, even unofficial, about how Mosaic is positioning itself for a potential downturn?
