Hey everyone, just listening to the Mosaic Q3 earnings call replay. Obviously, the market's been pretty volatile lately, and commodity prices have been all over the place. Curious to hear if anyone else caught the call and what their thoughts are on the guidance for next quarter. There wasn't any direct mention of workforce adjustments, which is good, but the tone felt a bit cautious, especially around fertilizer demand in certain regions. I'm in production planning, and we've definitely seen some shifts in our raw material orders. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing whispers about potential belt-tightening down the line? Trying to stay ahead of any potential bad news.

I did catch some of the call. The caution is understandable given the global economic headwinds and unpredictable commodity swings impacting agricultural inputs. While the lack of workforce adjustment news is a positive signal, the soft demand outlook in specific geographies is definitely something to monitor closely from a production planning perspective. Hoping for clearer signals on inventory management and any potential shifts in product mix to optimize against these regional demand fluctuations.
