Anyone else seeing a slowdown in hiring/project starts at MSI?

Hey everyone, been at MSI for a few years now and usually things are pretty buzzing, especially with new projects kicking off and headcount increasing. Lately though, it feels like things have really slowed down. Seen a few requisitions get put on hold or outright canceled, and some of the teams I work with are suddenly way more cautious about bringing on new people. It's not a full stop, but definitely a noticeable shift from how things were even six months ago. Makes me wonder if something's brewing behind the scenes, maybe a budget freeze or a strategic shift that hasn't been announced yet. Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if it's just my department/location. Anyone else in other divisions seeing similar trends? Curious if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to certain areas. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the change in pace is palpable.
