Anyone else seeing a slowdown/hiring freeze at Motorola Solutions?

Hey folks, been with MSI for a few years now, and things have felt…different lately. My team’s been talking about it, and there’s a general sense of unease. We haven't had any official announcements, but it feels like a hiring freeze has quietly gone into effect. Open roles are stalled, and new requisitions seem to be getting stuck in approvals. Plus, the usual internal chatter about exciting new projects has died down. Feels like the company is battening down the hatches. Anyone else in different departments or locations experiencing something similar? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or specific to my area.
