Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while nothing's been officially announced, there's a palpable shift in the air. I've heard some vague chatter about 'strategic realignments' and 'efficiency drives' from higher-ups, but nothing concrete. My team's been stretched thin, and some projects seem to be getting deprioritized without clear explanation. Wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes or has heard any more specific rumors about potential organizational changes. Is it just me, or is there a quiet undercurrent of uncertainty? I've definitely noticed the increased workload and less clarity on project direction myself. It's unsettling when you don't know what's coming down the pipeline. The 'strategic realignments' talk is certainly adding to the general uncertainty around here. Hoping for some transparency soon, as it's impacting morale and making it hard to plan.

Interesting you mention that. We've also been told about 'efficiency drives' and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. The performance reviews did seem a bit more intense this year. It's tough to keep up momentum when the landscape feels like it's constantly shifting underfoot. Hopefully, any changes will ultimately benefit the company and its employees.
