Hey all, been with MSI for a few years now, and lately it feels like the brakes have been put on. Roles that used to get filled quickly are now sitting open for months, or sometimes disappear altogether. Internal mobility seems way tougher too. Anyone else noticing this? Is it a general hiring freeze, or are specific departments feeling it more? Just trying to get a pulse on what's happening behind the scenes. Wondering if it's a sign of things to come or just a temporary slowdown. Doesn't feel like the same pace as a year or two ago. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends, especially in tech roles.

I've definitely noticed a similar trend over the past year. What used to be a pretty dynamic hiring process now feels like wading through molasses. Some of the more niche roles are particularly difficult to fill, and I've seen several positions get reposted multiple times without any movement. It makes you wonder if there's a strategic shift in how they're allocating resources or if it's just a broader economic impact they're bracing for. The lack of transparency is a bit frustrating for those of us trying to plan our careers within the company.
