MSI - Anyone else's project scope shrinking?

Lately, I've noticed a definite shift in how projects are being handled here at Motorola Solutions. It feels like approvals are taking longer, and when they do come through, the scope is often significantly reduced from the initial proposal. Budgets seem tighter, and there's a lot more scrutiny on every expense. We're being asked to do more with less, which is standard, but the trend feels more pronounced recently. Anyone else in engineering or product development seeing this? It's not a layoff announcement, but it feels like the company is getting more conservative with its investments. Makes you wonder about future planning and where we're heading. Just feeling a bit uneasy about the direction.
