Hey everyone, been feeling a bit of a chill in the air at MSI lately. Nothing concrete, no official announcements or anything, but the vibe is just... off. Hiring freezes seem to be creeping in for some teams, and there's definitely been a noticeable slowdown in new projects getting greenlit. Anyone else in other departments seeing this? Feels like the company is starting to brace for something, even if they aren't saying it out loud. Performance reviews also felt a little harsher than usual this cycle.
