Anyone else feeling the M&T vibes lately? Layoff rumors?

Hey everyone, longtime M&T employee here. Been with the bank for a few years now and things have been pretty stable. Lately though, I've been hearing whispers, and honestly, just a general 'feeling' in the air that's a bit... off. Not sure if it's just general economic anxiety or if there's something specific brewing at M&T. Management's been unusually quiet in some departments, and I've seen a few more 'restructuring' conversations than usual. Has anyone else noticed this? Any concrete information or even just a gut feeling you're willing to share? Trying to gauge if I should be updating my resume or just chalking this up to the usual market noise. Love working here overall, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Hoping it's nothing, but wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on the same signals.
