M&T Bank - Any whispers about internal transfers/mobility?

Hey everyone, been at M&T for a few years now in a fairly stable role, but I'm starting to feel a bit stagnant. I'm looking to move into a different department or area within the bank, but I'm not really seeing a lot of internal postings that seem to align with my skills or interests. Is anyone else out there navigating this? Are there typically good opportunities for internal mobility at M&T, or is it more common to have to look outside the company to change your career path? I've been trying to network internally, but it feels like I'm not getting much traction. Any tips or advice on how to approach internal moves, especially if you're not seeing obvious openings? Just trying to see if I'm missing something obvious or if this is a common experience here.
