M&T Bank - Anyone Else Feeling the Economic Squeeze?

I've been feeling a definite uptick in workload and scrutiny on expenses within my team at M&T over the last quarter. It feels like every dollar is being watched, and there's a general sense of "do more with less" that's more pronounced than usual. No official news or anything concrete, but the anecdotal evidence is stacking up. Colleagues are mentioning tighter budgets for training, slower approval processes for necessary tools, and just a general air of caution from management. It's making it hard to plan ahead and honestly, a little stressful. Is this just a general market trend affecting everyone, or are people at M&T specifically seeing this translate into more internal pressure that could eventually lead to tougher decisions?
