Hey everyone, Been at M&T for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird vibe in the air. It's not anything concrete, no official announcements or anything, but you can just feel it. Budgets seem tighter, certain projects are being put on hold, and there's a general sense of 'waiting for something to happen.' I've seen a few people quietly updating their LinkedIn profiles, which is usually a bad sign, but again, no smoke signals yet. Has anyone else picked up on this? Is it just me being overly anxious, or are there actual discussions happening internally that I'm not privy to? Trying to get a pulse on what's really going on. Any insights or similar observations would be appreciated. Just want to be prepared, you know?

I've been hearing similar whispers. It's definitely a strange atmosphere lately, a lot of uncertainty. More than a few of us are feeling it, and the LinkedIn updates are definitely a red flag. Hoping it's just a temporary dip and not something more serious, but the caution is palpable. Management seems a bit tight-lipped about it all.

Yeah, that unease is definitely real. It feels like the company is holding its breath. Seeing projects stalled and a general hush-hush attitude doesn't inspire much confidence. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the undercurrent is so consistently anxious. Keeping an eye on things and hoping for some clarity soon.
