M&T Bank - Performance review cycle timing?

So, the annual performance review cycle is usually around this time of year, right? But with everything going on post-merger and the general economic climate, I'm wondering if M&T might be shifting things. Has anyone received any communication about the timing of performance reviews or potential bonus payouts? There's always a bit of anxiety around this period anyway, but this year feels different. Are they maybe delaying it, or is it business as usual? Some people are speculating that if there *were* going to be cuts, they might align them with the review cycle, but that's just rumor mill stuff. I haven't heard anything concrete about a change in the performance review schedule at M&T. It's true that mergers and economic uncertainty can create a lot of buzz and speculation, and it's understandable why people would be anxious, especially around review time.
