Hey everyone, posting anonymously here because I'm trying to gauge if anyone else at M&T has noticed anything unusual lately. Been hearing some whispers, nothing concrete, but enough to make me a bit uneasy. Seeing some team reorganizations that seem a little more than just standard shuffling, and a few key people in my department have been very quiet. The overall mood feels a bit tense, and I'm wondering if this is just internal noise or if others are picking up on something similar. Curious if anyone has heard any specific rumors or seen any patterns that might indicate broader changes coming down the pipeline. Trying to stay informed without jumping to conclusions.

I've been with M&T for a while now and while there are always changes, some of the recent shifts do feel a bit different than the usual. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's going on, but there's definitely a subtle shift in the atmosphere. I've noticed some projects getting re-prioritized unexpectedly, and the grapevine is always buzzing, but lately it feels a bit more pointed. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to notice the undercurrents. Hoping it's just a normal cycle and not something more significant.
