Is the Nebius leadership team actually pivoting?

I’ve been watching the internal communications closely over the last few weeks. It feels like we are in a holding pattern while they scramble to finalize the Yandex divestment legacy issues. There’s a lot of 'business as usual' messaging being pushed down from above, but the vibe in the Amsterdam and Belgrade offices feels incredibly tense. Does anyone actually know what the 2025 roadmap looks like, or are we just burning through the remaining cash pile while waiting for some nebulous AI infrastructure boom? Every all-hands meeting feels more scripted than the last, and the lack of clarity regarding actual ARR targets compared to the burn rate is starting to get to me. If you’re currently in the pipeline or a recent joiner, do you feel like there’s a real product-market fit here, or is this just a corporate vehicle for the remaining assets? I’m trying to decide if it’s time to start polishing the resume before the market gets even more saturated with cloud engineers.

The pivot is definitely real, but it’s masked by a ton of corporate noise. Those internal memos about 'business as usual' are just a way to keep the headcount stable while they figure out the final regulatory hurdles from the divestment. If you look at the recent infrastructure builds, it’s clear they are trying to reposition as a focused cloud provider. The tension in the offices is just the reality of a massive restructuring that’s taking longer than expected. Hold tight until the next quarter earnings call; that’s when the roadmap usually stops being a secret.

Honestly, I stopped trying to read into the corporate communications months ago. Every time they talk about a new direction, it sounds more like a marketing slide than a concrete strategy. The burn rate is clearly a concern for anyone paying attention to the balance sheet, and if they don't start showing actual revenue growth from their core services soon, that cash pile isn't going to last. The silence regarding 2025 is the most telling part. At this point, I think leadership is just hoping to buy enough time to pivot before the runway disappears entirely.
