Feeling the pressure at NetApp - is anyone else sensing a slowdown?

Just checking in to see if the mood is similar elsewhere in NetApp. Lately, it feels like things have really slowed down. Projects are getting pushed, hiring seems to have ground to a halt (at least in my department), and there's a general air of uncertainty. It's not like we're in freefall or anything dramatic, but the pace has definitely changed. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the quietness is starting to get to me. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing, or if it's just specific teams. Anyone else experiencing this? Any insights on what might be driving it? Trying to understand if this is a temporary dip or if we should be bracing for bigger changes. It's tough to focus when you're constantly second-guessing what's next.

I can definitely relate. My team has seen a similar shift. Project timelines are stretching out, and new initiatives seem to be on hold. It's noticeable, and while there's no panic, the change in tempo is palpable. It does make you wonder about the broader strategy and where things are headed.
