Okay, so no official word, but the amount of 'past layoff' articles popping up when I search NetApp is concerning. From 8% to 12% cuts in recent years. Makes you wonder if there's a pattern or if the company is just perpetually restructuring. I've noticed a few less internal job postings lately, and some projects seem to be on hold or scaled back. Is anyone else picking up on these subtle signs? Or is this just normal business fluctuations? I've been with NetApp for a while, and while I haven't seen any official announcements about massive layoffs, there's definitely a different vibe lately. Project scopes feel tighter, and there's a noticeable hesitation to approve new hires for roles that aren't absolutely critical. It's not panic mode, but it feels like everyone's being asked to do more with less, which can definitely point to cost-saving measures. The internal job board has been a bit sparse too, which is unusual for this time of year.
