Hey everyone. Been at NetApp for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has been...off. We haven't had any official announcements, but there's a definite chill in the air. Project timelines are being stretched, some internal tools we rely on are suddenly 'under review,' and there's been a noticeable increase in meetings about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' I've seen some chatter online referencing past layoffs, and while I know that's not confirmation, it does make you wonder. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar? Any managers or leads dropping hints, or has anyone heard any rumors through the grapevine? Trying to stay calm and focus on my work, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just shared anxiety.
