NEM - Anyone else feeling the pressure on projects?

Been with Newmont for a while, and lately it feels like the screws are tightening on project timelines and deliverables. We're being asked to do more with less, and the usual 'stretch goals' are starting to feel more like impossible demands. I know there haven't been any major layoff announcements, but I can't shake the feeling that management is pushing hard to optimize operations and potentially streamline headcount down the line. It's like they're testing the waters to see who can handle the increased pressure and who might...? Well, you know. Are others in different departments or locations seeing this same uptick in project intensity? Is it just me, or is there a sense of urgency that wasn't there 6 months ago? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide push or if I'm just in a particularly demanding part of the business. Curious to hear what others are experiencing on the ground.
