With performance reviews and bonus season coming up, I'm feeling a bit anxious about NEM. Last year was decent, but with the market fluctuations and the general economic climate, I'm not sure what to expect this time around. Has anyone heard any whispers about how bonuses might be affected, or if there's any talk of scaling back on raises? The silence from HR on this front is a bit concerning, especially given how transparent they usually are around this time of year. Trying not to get too far ahead of myself, but a little clarity would go a long way right now. Anyone have any insights or expectations based on what you're seeing or hearing internally?

Honestly, I'm in the same boat. The lack of communication from HR is definitely unsettling. Last year's bonus felt solid, but the gold price has been all over the place, and the broader economic picture isn't exactly inspiring confidence. I've tried to ask around discreetly, but it seems like everyone's just as in the dark. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon, but I'm bracing myself for the possibility that things might not be as generous this time around. It's tough when you're putting in the work and the reward feels uncertain.
