Hey everyone, lurker here. Been with NEM for a few years now, mostly in a corporate role. Lately, there's been this weird vibe in the air. Not outright panic or anything, but just... a general sense of unease. Management's been pretty tight-lipped about future plans, which is unusual for them. Budgets seem tighter, and there's been a subtle push for "efficiency" that feels a bit ominous. I've started updating my resume and keeping an eye on other opportunities, just in case. Anyone else in a similar boat or feeling this pressure? Wondering if it's just my department or a wider company thing.
