Newmont: What's the word on the street regarding job security?

Hey everyone, Been with Newmont for a few years now, and lately, the chatter in the break rooms and on internal channels feels a bit…uncertain. Nothing concrete has been announced, no official layoff notifications or anything like that, but there's definitely a low hum of anxiety. Some departments seem to be under more pressure than others, with whispers about reorgs and budget cuts. I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to notice.
