So what happens to the Louisville office now?

Saw the WARN notice hit for the South Floyd Street location. 178 people getting cut is no joke for that site. I’ve been hearing rumors that this is just the tip of the spear for the integration fallout, but management is still acting like it’s business as usual in the town halls. Everyone is keeping their heads down, but the morale is absolute trash. Is anyone actually left in the Louisville office, or are they pivoting to a skeleton crew/remote setup? It feels like we’re just waiting for the next shoe to drop while HR sends out those patronizing 'we value our people' emails. If you’re at that site, have you started packing, or is there any word on transfer opportunities? Just trying to figure out if it’s time to start polishing the resume or if there’s actually a future here.

The mood in Louisville is definitely dire right now. With 178 people getting the axe, it's clear the integration plans aren't as 'seamless' as leadership keeps claiming in those useless town halls. From what I’ve gathered, they are gutting the physical footprint entirely to move toward a remote model, but they’re being incredibly cagey about the long-term future of the site. It’s hard to stay focused when you’re constantly wondering if you’re next on the list. Just keep your resume updated and watch for the next round of notices.

I was at that location until last week, and honestly, the silence in the office before the layoffs hit was deafening. Management kept spinning the 'synergies' narrative while we all watched our colleagues pack up their desks. It’s a classic corporate play to keep everyone guessing until the very last second. There isn’t much of a 'skeleton crew' left—most of the institutional knowledge walked out the door with those 178 people. If you’re still there, protect yourself first and don't believe the corporate line about business as usual.
