Anyone else feeling the jitters at NextEra Energy?

Just logged in and saw the forum. Been at NEE for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has been a bit off. Not hearing any specific layoff rumors, but there's definitely a hum of uncertainty. Project timelines are getting tighter, some internal initiatives seem to have slowed down, and you can feel the pressure. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, which doesn't help. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious if it's just my department or if it's a company-wide thing. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to notice the subtle shifts. Wondering what others are seeing or hearing, even if it's just anecdotal. Stay safe everyone.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too. It's not just you. There's a definite sense of things tightening up. Deadlines seem more aggressive, and there's less breathing room than before. Communication from leadership has been pretty minimal, which just adds to the general unease. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but the underlying tension is hard to ignore. Hope it's just a temporary phase.
