Hey everyone, been with NEE for a few years now and lately, things just feel... off. No official word, of course, and the company line is all sunshine and rainbows about renewable energy growth. But I'm seeing a slowdown in hiring in my department, some projects are being re-prioritized or shelved, and there's a general quietness that wasn't there before. Anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if this is just a seasonal thing, a specific division issue, or if there's a broader strategy shift happening that we're not privy to. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to feel a little uneasy. What are your observations, especially if you're in different divisions like FPL or NEP Renewables?
