Anyone else feeling the pressure at NEE lately?

Hey all, been with NextEra for a few years now, and lately the vibe has been... different. Been hearing some whispers about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency drives' in a few departments, especially around the corporate/support functions. Performance reviews felt a bit more intense than usual this cycle too. Has anyone else in different divisions noticed a similar shift? Not seeing anything concrete on the news or even major internal comms, but the general atmosphere feels a bit more uncertain. Curious if this is widespread or just my corner of the org. Trying not to panic but it's hard not to when things feel like they're tightening up. Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that shift too. It's like there's this low hum of anxiety that wasn't there before. Conversations in the breakroom often circle back to the same themes – resource allocation, project prioritization, and how to do more with less. Performance feedback has been more pointed, focusing on specific metrics and outcomes. It's not necessarily *bad*, but it's certainly a departure from the more relaxed pace we might have been accustomed to. Curious to see where this leads.
