Hey everyone, I've been with NextEra for a few years now and lately, things just feel... different. The energy (no pun intended) in the office seems a bit more tense, and I'm hearing more hushed conversations about "realignments" and "strategic adjustments." It's not anything concrete, no official announcements, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Used to be, you knew where you stood, but now it feels like a bit of a guessing game.
