Internal buzz at NextEra - anyone hearing the same?

Okay, so I'm not sure if I'm just overthinking things or if there's actually something brewing at NextEra. Lately, there's been a lot of 're-evaluating our workforce' talk in certain meetings, and some of the usual internal communication channels seem a bit more controlled. It's not a full-blown panic mode, but the uncertainty is definitely there. I've seen some key projects get delayed or put on hold, and even some veteran employees seem a bit on edge. Is anyone else picking up on this? Is it just the usual cyclical nature of the utility business, or is there more to it? Looking for honest opinions, not just reassurance. Trying to figure out if I should start polishing up the resume or if this is just a temporary lull. Appreciate any honest takes.
