Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else has been hearing anything, even vague rumors, about potential shifts in roles or headcount at NextEra Energy. Things feel stable on the surface, but with the broader economic climate, I've been wondering if there's any internal chatter I might be missing. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but sometimes you pick up on things through team conversations or just general vibes. Haven't heard any concrete rumblings myself, but I agree, it's always good to keep an ear to the ground, especially with how things are in the broader market. I've been focusing on hitting my performance goals and making sure my team is aligned. Seems like a solid approach regardless of what might be happening behind the scenes. I'm with you. While nothing official has surfaced, there's always that underlying current of 'what ifs' in any large organization. I've seen some internal project re-prioritizations that could hint at a strategic shift, but it's too early to say definitively. Best to stay proactive in your current role and be open to any potential opportunities that might arise, whatever they may be.
