Been working at NEE for a bit now and lately, the workload feels like it's been steadily increasing. Deadlines seem tighter, and there's a general sense of urgency that feels a little different than before. It's not just my team either; I've heard similar sentiments from colleagues in other departments. Is this just a seasonal thing, or is anyone else feeling like the pressure is on? Wondering if this is leading up to anything, or if it's just the nature of the industry right now. Anyone else experiencing this? Curious to hear what others think.

I've noticed the pace picking up too. Seems like the renewable energy sector is constantly in flux, and maybe that's just trickling down into day-to-day operations. The push for more projects and the complexities of managing a large, growing company could definitely contribute to that feeling of increased urgency. Hang in there, hopefully, it's a temporary surge related to specific initiatives or market conditions.

Yeah, I'm feeling it as well. There's definitely a buzz of activity and a sense of needing to get things done quickly.
