Anyone else hearing whispers about Nordson slowdowns?

Hey all, been with Nordson for a few years now in an engineering role. Lately, the vibe in the office has felt... off. Project timelines are being stretched, some internal hiring freezes seem to be in effect, and I've noticed fewer new initiatives kicking off. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, offering vague reassurances about 'market adjustments' and 'strategic realignments.' It's making me a little nervous, to be honest. Anyone else in different departments or locations seeing similar signs? Curious if it's just my team or a broader trend. Not seeing any official layoff news, but the quiet uncertainty is starting to gnaw at me.

I've been with Nordson for a bit and have definitely picked up on similar currents. It's hard to ignore the shift in project pacing and the general quietness around new ventures. The 'market adjustments' talk feels a bit too frequent, and while I understand the need for flexibility, the lack of concrete details is fueling some unease. Hope it's just a temporary phase.

Interesting to hear this from an engineering perspective. In my area, we've seen some resource reallocations that feel more like a response to slower demand than proactive growth. The hiring pause is also noticeable. It's not panic stations yet, but the overall energy feels more cautious than it did even six months ago. Curious to see how long this trend persists.
