We've had several meetings with leadership that felt more like 'managing expectations' than anything else. The language around 'optimizing resources' and 'streamlining operations' is making me seriously worried. My performance metrics are solid, but I've heard through the grapevine that some roles are being scrutinized more than others. Is anyone else getting this vibe?
