Curious if anyone has heard any whispers or seen any signs that might indicate impending layoffs at Nordson. I know there's no official announcement, but lately, there's been a weird tension. Some teams are over-utilized while others seem to be treading water. Management seems more tight-lipped than usual, and I've noticed a few roles that were open for a while suddenly disappear from the internal postings. It's probably nothing, but with the current economic climate, it's hard not to overthink. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to prepare myself mentally if something does happen. Just looking for honest observations, not trying to cause panic.
