Nordson - Anyone else feeling the pinch?

Just wanted to start a thread to see if anyone else is noticing a slowdown or any unusual budget cuts happening at Nordson. My team's been hearing whispers about belts tightening, and some projects are definitely being re-evaluated with a fine-tooth comb. It's not a full-blown panic mode, but it feels different than the last year or so. Is this a company-wide thing, or is it isolated to certain departments or regions? Trying to gauge if this is just the typical industrial cycle hiccup or something more significant on the horizon. Any info from sales, operations, or engineering would be helpful.

Yeah, I've definitely felt some of that too. It's not like we're suddenly in survival mode, but the review process for new initiatives has become significantly more rigorous. Seems like every dollar needs a stronger justification than it did even six months ago. My impression is that it's pretty widespread, though maybe some areas are more impacted than others depending on their specific market exposure. It's a bit unsettling, but hopefully just a temporary adjustment.
