Hey all, been seeing some unusual quietness around here lately. Projects seem to be getting pushed back, hiring has definitely slowed to a crawl if not stopped entirely. Not hearing any official word about layoffs, but the general atmosphere feels... cautious. Anyone else in Nordson experiencing this? Is it a general market slowdown affecting us, or are there specific internal things going on that people are privy to? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my specific division/site. The budget freeze discussions are starting to make sense now. Just want to get a feel for what's happening outside my own bubble.

I've definitely noticed a shift in pace recently. Project timelines seem more fluid than they used to be, and getting resources approved feels like a longer process. Hiring has also been noticeably slower; it's not just you. While there's no panic, there's a definite sense of watchfulness. I'm hoping it's just a broader economic adjustment, but it's hard to say for sure without more clarity from leadership. Curious to hear if others have more concrete information.
