Northern Trust: Any signs of downsizing or department consolidation?

Been hearing some chatter internally about potential reorganizations and maybe even some roles being eliminated or consolidated. It's all very vague, like 'synergies' and 'efficiency drives,' which usually translates to people losing their jobs. Has anyone gotten any concrete information or seen any actual movement in this direction? My team's workload hasn't decreased, but there's a definite sense of unease. Trying to figure out if this is just general market anxiety or if NT is actively planning something. Curious to hear if others are hearing similar things or have any insights. Feels like something's brewing.
