Hey everyone, long-time lurker here, also at NT. Haven't seen any official announcements, but lately, things have felt...different. My team's been understaffed for a while, and we've had a hiring freeze in place for months now. Any new roles that open up seem to disappear before they even get posted. Plus, I've noticed a lot of internal projects being quietly shelved or significantly scaled back. It's creating a weird vibe, and honestly, I'm getting a bit anxious. Anyone else in other departments seeing similar trends? Is this a wider company thing or just specific to certain areas? Trying to gauge if I should start polishing the resume or if this is just a slow patch.
