It's not official announcements, more like people suddenly vanishing from Slack or their access being revoked without much fanfare. Some say it's performance-based, others are pointing to 'redundancies' after recent 'strategic adjustments'. It's hard to get a straight answer, and the lack of transparency is making things tense. Yeah, I've noticed some odd silences on certain channels too. It's definitely a strange atmosphere, feels like walking on eggshells. Management's communication hasn't exactly been crystal clear, which only fuels the speculation. Hard to focus on work when you're constantly wondering if your name is next on some invisible list. Hoping for some clarity soon, but not holding my breath.
