Been seeing some strange things on LinkedIn and hearing from recruiters that the usual pipeline for some roles at NT seems to have dried up. Usually, they're pretty active in certain departments, but it feels like the brakes have been put on quite hard in the last quarter. Open requisitions are sitting there forever, or getting pulled entirely without explanation. Is this just a seasonal lull, or are others noticing a more deliberate hiring slowdown? Makes me wonder if headcount is being managed very tightly, or if budget reviews are causing a pause. Anyone in recruitment or HR, or even just applying, seen similar patterns? Trying to understand if this is a sign of broader economic belt-tightening impacting us directly, or just a company-specific strategy. Any insights appreciated.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift. The usual buzz around certain divisions seems to have quieted down significantly. Several roles I've been tracking for months are still open, or worse, they disappear and reappear with no updates. It's more than just a typical end-of-year slowdown, it feels like a more strategic adjustment to headcount. Recruiters are being unusually cagey too, which only adds to the speculation.
